I used to weigh over 450 pounds, but then I found out I have Hashimoto's disease and type 2 diabetes... thus began my journey to health. These days I'm down 160 pounds, no surgeries, expensive products or programs, just good old fashioned habits we all know are good for us. I also decided to start helping others find their way to health and healing by becoming a nationally board certified health coach.
